Origin story
World Liberty Financial is a crypto project launched in 2024 and promoted by Donald Trump and his family. It sells the WLFI governance token and issues the USD1 stablecoin.
WLFI sold tokens starting in October 2024 and they became tradable on September 1, 2025.
Founders: Zach Witkoff, Zak Folkman and Chase Herro, with Donald Trump and his sons as promoters.
