Origin story
Morpho is a lending protocol founded by Paul Frambot and colleagues in France. It started in 2022 as an optimizer on top of Aave and Compound, then launched its own minimal lending base layer, Morpho Blue, in January 2024.
MORPHO became transferable in November 2024.
