Origin story
Theta Network is a blockchain for video streaming founded by Mitch Liu and Jieyi Long, building on their earlier streaming company. Viewers can share bandwidth and earn rewards. Its mainnet launched in March 2019, with THETA for staking and governance and TFUEL for fees.
