Jamaican bobsled fundraiser
The community raises money to send Jamaica's bobsled team to Sochi.

In January 2014 the Dogecoin community raised about 30,000 dollars worth of DOGE to help the Jamaican bobsled team travel to the Sochi Winter Olympics. Later that year fans also sponsored NASCAR driver Josh Wise. These campaigns made Dogecoin the friendliest name in crypto.
