Binance and CZ plead guilty Nov 21, 2023
On November 21, 2023 Binance pleaded guilty to US anti money laundering and sanctions violations and agreed to pay about 4.3 billion dollars. Changpeng Zhao pleaded guilty and resigned as CEO. He was later sentenced to four months in prison.
